Medical organiser app

Your care details, organised around real life

MyCareBuddy is a medical organiser app for people handling repeated appointments, medication changes, documents and questions. Use it independently or share a Care Circle with people you trust.

Why it helps

A diagnosis creates admin nobody trained you for

Important care information rarely arrives in one neat system. There are hospital letters, portal messages, pharmacy labels, calendar events and questions remembered at the wrong moment.

A personal medical organiser turns those fragments into a usable picture. MyCareBuddy is designed to support the next decision and conversation without pretending to replace the professionals providing care.

Find information faster

Keep records, appointments, medication details and care-team contacts in predictable places.

Arrive prepared

Collect questions before an appointment and connect relevant documents to the conversation.

Choose how you use it

Manage your own care privately or invite trusted supporters into a shared Care Circle.

A practical starting point

What belongs in a medical organiser

Start with the information that is hardest to reconstruct under pressure. You do not need to digitise everything on day one.

  • Current medicines, doses and prescribing instructions.
  • Upcoming appointments, location and questions to ask.
  • Recent reports, letters, scans and test-result documents.
  • Care-team names, roles and direct contact details.
  • Important allergies, diagnosis information and emergency details.

MyCareBuddy helps organise and explain information. It does not diagnose, provide urgent help or replace a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified professional.

Questions people ask

Frequently asked questions

Is MyCareBuddy a personal health record?

It is a patient and caregiver organiser for the practical care record. It does not replace the official records held by your GP, hospital or other healthcare provider.

Do I have to share my organiser with family?

No. MyCareBuddy can be used by one person. Sharing is available when you want trusted people to help.

Can it explain a medical report?

The planned Decode Report feature provides plain-language informational support. AI can make mistakes, so anything important must be checked with the medical team.
