What MyCareBuddy is

MyCareBuddy helps a patient and their caregivers organize and understand health information together. It explains and suggests questions to ask — it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your medical team's judgment.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Care Circles

A patient owns their Care Circle and controls who is invited as a caregiver. Caregivers can view and add information but cannot delete records or remove the patient from their own circle.

Changes

These terms may change as MyCareBuddy develops; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
